When one person grows, the whole company grows.
In our industry, we start with hands-on skills–bending conduit, pulling wire–before advancing to running work, managing projects and leading others. This growth happens with knowledge and for some that thirst for knowledge continues to grow.
To facilitate that thirst, NECA is partnering with institutions of higher education on degree and certificate programs. Specially curated for individuals in electrical construction firms, these programs will allow people across firms to grow in their roles.
The first nine partner institutions: Brandman University, Indiana University, Louisiana State University Online, Oakland City University, University of Arkansas, University of Wisconsin – Stout, Community College of Allegheny County, Dunwoody College of Technology, and Valdosta State University are all focused on providing you a curated selection of programs you can access right now.
You can work directly with the partner institutions or contact the EARN Program Director, Dr. Charles Backes at EARN@necanet.org.
