BercovitzDr. Kim Bercovitz, Exercise Bytes, LLC.
It’s easy to focus solely on work and give yourself a pass when it comes to healthy habits. Not only does productivity take a hit, so does overall health. This dynamic workshop will guide participants in their personal and workplace wellness journeys, teaching fundamental principles and hands-on, real-world learning and practices.  Dr. Kim will show how easy it is to fit wellness into busy workdays – one-step or byte at a time.  Attendees will be equipped with the knowledge, tools and a plan to stay healthy and feel balanced vis-à-vis healthy eating, restorative sleep, mindfulness and fitness. Participants will experience ways to integrate mind-body micro-breaks into busy workdays and leave with actionable steps to implement in everyday lives. This session includes take-home food and fitness energy booster tip sheets.

The workshop is designed as a holistic framework to employee well-being that underscores the importance of taking care of oneself. The core value is that of putting people first.  Develop oneself, develop employees, develop a healthy workplace culture that enhances employee performance, productivity and engagement.
